Zemen Endale Lashetew has been a licensed minister, pastor and trainer of pastors in Ethiopia for many years, as well as a member of a number of national and
international Christian organizations. Bible Study Project has been privileged to have Mr. Lashetew translate a number of our English studies into Amharic and Afaan Oromo, two major languages in
Ethiopia. One major study (that does not appear on this site in English translation), A Handbook of Bible Doctrine, has been translated by Mr. Lashetew into the aforementioned Ethiopian
languages, and through today, October 6, 2022, he has distributed over 30,000 copies of the Handbooks throughout Ethiopia, mostly to pastor trainees and pastors, even to some in the Ethiopian
Orthodox priesthood.
Zemen and I have very recently begun a new project, that of placing studies composed by him on this website, www.biblestudyproject.org. Today, I have had the joy and the privilege of entering his first study onto the site, obviously for Ethiopian readers, whose visits to our site are far out of proportion to those of readers from all other countries:
